Dharma Dreams Vocational Center is opening in Fall of 2025; and we are looking to speak to and hire people for the following roles. We are a small special needs trade job training program and we are looking for people who are willing to work in a multi-functional way. The pay range for this role is hourly: $15 - $25 per hour.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary. Final wage and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is contract and not currently eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. DDVC complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
Work Environment:
- Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs and may be required.
- Project visits and other travel may be required on occasion
- Incumbent may be exposed to frequent noise caused by office and project industrial site equipment and activities, including telephones, office and trade equipment or machines, and nearby oral communications among fellow employees.
- This position is classified as an “in-person” position. As such, an ergonomic work-from-home office/dedicated area with appropriate internet and bandwidth to conduct business is required.
Required Physical Abilities:
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time.
